Small dinning area but having function room for birthday party etc . Large parking with drive thru Clean fresh looking nice having menu screen to order having 3 but only one seems to be working properly I had sausage egg McMuffin meal and my bread was bread bun was burnt

First of all, the staff is nice, The male manager is very kind and understanding, but the service is extremely slow. there's been 3 instances now where the order has been so slow that my 1 hour and 30 minute lunch is over or my appetite has already diminished. There's this one instance where they ran out of spicy chicken, which caused a massive amount of order to pile up. and my order wasn't even in that pile up for some reason, the manager had to expedite my order. I even lost my appetite at that point as I have already been waiting for an hour for my order, and its not even a big order, it…

Ordered and paid via debit card on their kiosk. Saw my order number on screen and they cancelled it. Waited for 20minutes for our food. When I followed up, thats the only time na iprepare pa lang nila. This is the 3rd time na laging slow ang service. First 2 episodes, ordered for scheduled pick up using foodpanda. Upon pick up time, I’d have to wait for another 20mins for the nuggets.

Orders being provided by the crew here are always incomplete this is the nth time we've done a take-home after stopping by the area, you'll just notice it once your at home and it's very hard for them to be contacted to have your food back. shared image below and we're missing 1 burger from our take-out.

Asked for water and was serve in this taste-test cup. How much cost cutting are they going through where they resort to using these types of cups? This is the only brnach I know that does this. Ridiculous🤦
