I recently celebrated a small birthday gathering at McDonald’s, and it turned out to be such a delightful experience! They surprised me with a celebration greeting, and the staffs even sang 'Happy Birthday' to me with a balloons🤩 The food was delicious. The staffs was very friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. They made my day unforgettable. Thank you so much for this🫶

Idk if this is something new, but I like how they assigned someone to stay by the order kiosk. It's been a while since I last went to mcdo and I forgot how the kiosk works. I left, forgetting that I have to take the order slip, but the kind lady crew took it and gave it to me. My meal was also delivered to my table instead of calling me to get it. Kudos!

This is addon to review. I don't know what it is with McDonald's in the Philippines, but they always seem to have an issue. Today there was no carbonation in the soda. I had to tell someone, but if you are filling drinks it is perfectly obvious if you look and there are no bubbles, something is wrong!! I had to get a manager to address issue, why??? This is a busy McD's in basement of Aura. Typical large McDonalds, but service seems awfully slow. Usually only one line taking order, sometimes 7-10 people waiting in line. Location needs to be removed under Breakfast Filter since it's neither open for Breakfast nor serve any Breakfast Menu items. Even the Kiosk is misleading with the Breakfast Menu. It just serves typical Filipino-Favorites. Service is Outstanding here. The staff are incredibly hardworking. They all deserve a better pay.

This is probably the dirtiest McDonald’s branch I have ever been to. There was a cockroach on the wall while we were eating and I did not dare to use the toilet because it was 🤢 Considering the fact that it’s located inside a high-end mall, this is very ironic.
