The only McDonalds I know that didn’t have Burgers, only McNuggets and chicken. 🤦‍♂️ Come on, how can you run out of burgers in a burger restaurant?

After waiting on the queue for more than 5 minutes because none of the order machines are working,the girl came and started taking orders from some ladies behind me..like are there some people more privileged than others?Should I keep waiting more than others because I'm foreigner?They just arrived and got their order taken.I had to wait few extra minutes to order after that....I ordered medium fries and drink meal and got a small fries and drink meal... Unbelievable people...seems like noone knows what they are doing here.

+ve: Food was at the usual McDonald's quality standards. -ve: Ordered using the automated kiosks, paid for a long list of items, and there was no order receipt itemising what we paid for. Was directed to the manned counter and discovered this McDonald's outlet has no way of checking paid orders that have just been sent. We were asked to repeat our entire order... from memory. Just so that we can match our paid amount to this new list of items. Fine. Turns out that some items successfully ordered from the kiosk were no longer available. ?! How are we to reconcile the paid amount against this…

Phone call doesn’t work. Apparently I ordered a triple cheeseburger and I got a double cheeseburger. And I went back to complain they said they can’t remake one.

Bad customer service and slow process. Front service crew not listening actively and order not repeated for confirmation. Also, not accommodating and low voice (hard to hear). Others: service crew (cashier) didn't inform that system is inefficient, as a result many customers are coming when system shows now serving with their priority number and asked to wait again to be called. Service crew said she will go to our table and provide customer feedback but not one of their crew appeared. Terrible service!
