Food was really dry(looks like it came out hours ago but they still serve it) and THEY RAN OUT OF CHICKEN OIL MIDDAY, take note, MIDDAY for lunch. Even heard some of the customers "food looks sad can i replace the chicken?"

The worst branch, chicken they served was not grilled very well still bloody inside the chicken. The staff crew informed clearly that they will replace it with the new chicken and he confirmed it to the kitchen staff and to wait for 8 minutes. Just to be shocked that they served the same what we ate and they just re toasted to grill it again. What a shame the manager doesn't know how to train their staff.
