Quite a good ambiance McDo branch. Service time was really slow. However, thanks for inclusing a no calorie sweetener for us who's watching our sugar. That's a redemption.

The chicken katsu was fine. The coffee was not hot at all. I was not the only one who returned a coffee. After I finished my meal, gave me the replacement coffee. As it was so bland! I could see the bottom of the cup. Not black at all. Then, they gave me freshly brewed coffee.

I already paid my order using cashless payment using kiosk but it says the order was cancelled. The payment was already deducted on my gcash account. I ask the manager on what to do, she said just wait for the money to come back into my account. We waited for at least 10 minutes but did not receive the refund. Fix your cashless payment on kiosk or just totally remove it.

I understand the workers are human but they’re literally just laughing off the long line. We’ve been here for almost 20 mins and the line hasn’t moved a bit and they’re not doing anything. Hope the managers are able to sort out any problems regarding this

Just to air my frustration with this branch. I don’t know what is your standard protocol for Tissue. But i think one (1) sheet of tissue paper is not enough for 6 meals that i bought. I even asked for additional tissue with the lobby person but instead of helping me, he wants me to go directly the counter. Anyway, we have our wipes naman. But the ratio of 1 pc tissue is obviously not proportion with 6 meals.
