Located in the third floor of mega mall in the food courts area. The rush is high in the place. But the customer representative was really nice. Sundae is a really good option. I would really using Mc donalds app as they have really good offer. You can also get free Sundaes when you refer your friend thru Mcdonalds uae app.i have ordered oreo mcflurry, sundae and chicken burger. I really dont recommend chicken burger again as its not at all upto the mark. The food court is too crowded to dine in.
Using the automated counter takes longer for me and has no option to customize without dressing for the burgers. I made the option of serving at the table as I'm a PWD. Sadly, they missed out giving my large fries and spoon for the hot fudge that I had to get to the counter. Tables are too small for a group of 4, our elbows are bumping to each other, and we are too close to the next table. Their chicken crispy sandwich is deteriorating.
Self service ordering kiosks are available for keying in your orders. Queuing machine not reliable. Orders take time a bit. Still love the food offerings and new food/beverage choices.
Slow service and very smelly. Avoid this place. I'm surprised by how poorly run this McDonald's is. The wait times are extremely long, with orders taking up to 40 minutes to complete. So much for fast food. The worst part is how dirty the place is. It smells like old grease and nobody seems to care about cleaning up, making your long wait time even more unbearable.
No sense of urgency. Lack of time management and people comms. Waited for 30 mins for a sundae. No clear flow of orders
