Its perfectly fine to dine fastfood !
Only 1 crew was doing the work but some crew were idle and was just standing. We asked the crew if he could clean the table which took 20mins for him to get back to us and he did not even cleaned it thoroughly. Poor service and dirty. Madami lang crew pag peak hours.
Terrible customer service. Won’t come back here ever again.
I am disappointed by their poor service. Imagine the cashier, who appears to be a manager, giving us regular sized drinks when I ordered medium drinks. That's not what I paid for. Also for missing out on giving ketchup lol. The worst part is not issuing a receipt!
This ranks as one of the worst McDonald's branch I've ever visited. Table setting was a mess and cramped. The ambience was bad. It's a mall branch yet the place feels glum.
