Super happy experience! Even though we (me & my daughter) are the only customer on their second floor, they let us go there, they opened the aircondition and my daughter enjoyed the play place so much!
"The McDonald's near Music21 Plaza falls short in service efficiency. The manual receipting at the counter and dysfunctional kiosk contribute to prolonged wait times – approximately 15-20 minutes in line and an additional 20-25 minutes for your order. This branch feels more like slow food service than fast food. I wouldn't recommend it; if you're hungry, explore other branches or consider nearby Jollibee. The food is really great and the place is overall hygienic and comfortable. If only I lived near Diliman I would’ve always went to this branch of Mcdonalds to study in Mccafe. Out of all the Mcdonalds I have been to in the Philippines (Metro Manila), I liked this branch the most.
Driving through twice happens asking for sweet and sour sauce for nuggets and every time giving me different from what I asked. So please check before you leave. Also, fries are dry, not new cooked.
One hour passed after order. Still they say preparing.... Mc forgot my oder?
