It's a big place, convenient. It has self-ordering Kiosks. Lots of parking at the back but need to wait in line kasama sa drive thru before you can park. Burger not as dry as their close competitor. Just a friendly tip: It would be better if patingin yung system sa self-ordering kiosk and parking to a UX Designer para mas ma improve yung waiting time/user experience as a whole Socials: @sasha.marie.cubero

This branch feels tired and needs a makeover or refresh as their furniture wooden veneers are peeling away. Toilets were also out of order Food & service are still satisfactory though.

Very gloomy area at first glance. The lights seemed like it belonged in a hospital, making it uncomfortable to stay in. Very messy and disorganized place. Our order was discarded even though it was not yet served to us, making us have to wait for 30 minutes. We had to follow-up the order before they assembled it. Very disappointing.

Worst branch ever! Food: We ordered Two 1 pc Chicken Meals. The rice and chicken were not hot! On top of that, they do not have any service water. According to them, their machine is not working! To branch owner, make sure you have a back up plan if things like this happens. This is an inconvenience both on the customer and crew. Atmosphere is good! But the experience is nah!

I ordered a mcdo eggdesal with sausage, but I received only eggdesal without sausage, I showed them the receipt and asked for a replacement, but it took them at least 10 mins to replace and I didn't even hear "sorry" for the wrong order they served. BAD crew.
