VERY DISAPPOINTING! Please give proper training to your employees. Make sure all are aware of the different sizes and cups for your products. Most specially for your McCafe. I order Iced Mocha Latte, which is my regular order when I dine in or order a takeout. Ordered via FP for breakfast today and I receive an Iced Mocha Latte on a REGULAR CUP normally used for meals. (please see photo as reference) Mind you that their Iced Mocha Latte is ₱140, a bit pricey so I’d expect that you’ll deliver well.

Branch has several types of chairs and tables and generally has high seating capacity. Atmosphere is kinda nice, although the speakers can get too loud. Food availability was never an issue, even for limited-time items. However, food service times can be terrible esp. durig rush hour (~30 min). Bathroom sucks; toilets and urinals are either dirty or under maintenance.

Lack of manpower, consume my 1hr break. I ordered 1 pc chicken with medium fries and small drink and hot fudge. But I got 1pc chicken with small fries and drinks. After 1 hr waiting and got my order I have to go back for the hot fudge. And they give me small fries but i ordered and paid for medium fries. I just choose not go back for the fries bacause i was already frustrated.
