McDonald's Ventura Dasma

Nice McDonald's drive thru near our place. Need to cross the stop light then Uturn for the drive thru entrance. Went here around 5 pm, with no line on drive thru. All options on the menu were available, including the Cereal Milk Iced Coffee combo for 99 pesos only. Ordered French fries as well. Fries were good, crispy. Got our order right away, very fast service, no wait.

We sometimes go here to eat after shopping at the supermarket just a building beside McDonald's. It's understandable that the serving time is quite long as we often came by when there is a lot of customers, what we didn't like is how our orders are forgotten. It happened not just once but twice, the first time we tried to understand as the place was filled with hungry people, it took probably more than half an hour as we started noticing that other people who just arrived was getting their orders first. We tried to understand that it was a simple mistake and let it go as the staff apologized.…

When I first got here, I was really excited since it's near my house. However, it's also near the house of many, that's why the waiting queue is very long. It took around 20 minutes for my order to be served. Although I understand that they have a lot of customers, I think they also lack staff or maybe it's just when I went here. I ate on the second floor and it took them too long before someone could clean the dishes of the previous customers too. The screen is very hard to touch. When I finished and was ready to receive my order, I found that some items were missing when I got home. It's their job to ensure the order is correct. We paid for the full order, but they gave us incomplete items.

the place is good, but the network signal in this place is very terrible. don’t go here if you want to chill. you can’t even browse in your cp. Mcdo Antlers is still the best in Dasma.
