5 yrs ago: Limited parking space and dining area is small. There are many street kids outside who ask for food or money once you get out of the resto. July 2022: I always order from this branch thru Foodpanda app. Sept 2023: Ordered thru Grabfood. Fast delivery and food was freshly cooked.

service is so bad, 30 mins serving time and you'll see your order na gawa na pero di pa rin sineserve. the mcflurry melted already, malamig na fries and chicken, yet no one serves it. everything is dried when served sa sobrang tagal, partida kaka-reopen lang nila :) they also don't have the gravy section so you'll have to go back multiple times for a refill.

Parking is small compared to other branches. The place is also stinky when we come at around 8am for breakfast. It smells like sewage waters are near their entrance door. The food is good. Cashiers and other staff are good! They might just be overworked at times (especially during rush hours)

Short staff Not friendly cashiers Uncooked chicken It took us an hour to get our orders yet kulang, they even told us na complete na. We knew our orders and even the manager told us na dame ngang kulang. WORST would be the UNCOOKED CHICKEN!!! NAKAKAWALANG GANA KUMAIN! AS IN RARE UNG LOOB!!!! I ALREADY TOOK A BITE WHEN I NOTICED NA UNCOOKED!!! THIS STORE IS THE BEST MCDO BEFORE THEY RENOVATED IT. NAGING WORST WHEN THEY RE-OPENED! KAKALOKA!

The service is atrociously slow! I understand having delays but waiting for almost 2 hours just to prepare the food is unacceptable and disrespectful to the customer's time.
