This is one of our go-to places because of their McCafé area. I'll honestly say that this is better than SB or other famous coffee shops out there. Price is close, but still a bit cheaper, but the taste is just awesome. One gripe is just that there had been an instance or two that the drink kinda fell short ('cause we know how their drinks taste like after ordering a bunch of times). It seems that when you order from the counter instead of the kiosk, the order is not registered into the system, so the crew never prepares your meal. This has been my third time ordering from the counter using the McDonald's app redeem feature, and for all three times, they have failed to prepare my order. The new sweet BBQ glazed chicken is a must-try! It's perfectly cooked and incredibly tasty. However, one of the manager's attitude was disappointing. The restaurant is currently under construction, which makes the dining experience a bit cramped.

November 12, 2024. - Morning Shift Had my order served at the table only for it to not include a syrup and ketchup (I ordered 2-pc pancake with sausage, fries, and a drink). Went to the counter and waited for them to sort out the load before I asked two of their staffs situated at the counter for a SYRUP and KETCHUP. Had to wait for 12 minutes despite asking two staffs (with interval), the person who came after me who followed up her Float got it so fast. Just gave up and went to eat my food dry as hell. Who doesn’t notice a person standing in front of you for so long? Them.

I ordered through the Mcdelivery app. 1. They accidentally marked the order as delivered despite not arriving 2. I made multiple requests for a follow up update since I was not able to track it through the app due to the accidental mark of delivery. 3. After 2 hours of waiting and back and forth conversations with Mcdelivery support. The branch was unable to give me a follow up update that even the Mcdelivery support was unable to get a hold of them.
