No restroom. You have to go inside the mall if you need to go to the bathroom. Incomplete orders. You have to remind them that items are missing in your order. Most tables are a mess, no one is cleaning the tables after customers finish eating. I could still see other tables still uncleaned even after i finished eating. No airconditioning. The place is hot although there is an industrial fan being used which is still not enough ventilation for the place.

I'm in line. It was a bit annoying because it took so long to be in front, but I suddenly felt sorry for the woman ordering. The insensitive crew. If there was an issue with the system, whether with you or GCash during your service, what would have happened was that you would have given the customer a little sympathy, not the one who frowned and then demanded that he needs to pay again because there was an issue with the system.
