Budget-friendly place. halo halo is subpar contrary to their claim as "special". Only a few ingredients were available. Buko strips were frozen solid, it's hard to chew. Langka tasted sour. For this price range, I'd go for Chowking's or Mang Inasal. Not sure why this was rated as one of Cebu's best. Really?

It is a bit too much for them to claim to be the "Best of Cebu 2014." I wonder what happen to the next 4 years? This is definitely not the best as I have tried even much better. And there are those that are served with real coconut. The Ube ice cream are not even creamy and seems to be watered down. Therefore, I will not really recommend this place as the best. I ordered the Batchoy and were totally disappointed. The noodles are still quite hard and tough, it's like they are not well cooked. The raw eggs that they throw in are not even cooked as the broth are not hot enough. Again, it'…
