First time going here and I must say that this place is quite amazing. Food and drinks served with decent portion,price is affordable,service time is a bit slow but the crew are very friendly and accommodating. The location is superb it gives you a European vibe eating al fresco . I'll definitely Mendiola's when I'm around BGC.

Worst customer service ever. We reserved for 9 people. We made a reservation 2 days in advance but when we got there they only had 1 staff and 1 cook. Took us 2 hours to complete ALL THE ORDERS - all thanks to their incompetence. The manager was unresponsive too! They know the reservation was for 9 people they should have anticipated that there will be more food that they need to prepare hence they should have asked their other staff to report to work. Had a disappointing experience with this restaurant this morning. It's such sa coincidence that there are 9 of us who ate there and most negative reviews I saw was for this exact number of people, anyway here are some of the not so good things that happened 1. Absolutely disappointing! Made a reservation for 9pax on Friday for late lunch that coming Sunday. Recommended this resto to our balikbayan relatives as this meal was their last meal with the family before they fly out again. I couldn't have been more wrong. The resto only had ONE SERVER/WAITRESS that day. Food was okay but the serving took an interval of 10-15 mins per dish going to our table!
