We were so disappointed on how the teller/staff there was acting rude and impolite to customers buying bread. We experienced this behavior multiple times already. We love the store’s pandesal, but not the staff. Another issue that we wanted to escalate was the presence of small cockroach inside the bread glass display where there were exposed donuts. My sister was craving for one of the donuts so we looked around. After seeing the small cockroach, we felt bad so I told my mother to tell the teller/staff discreetly.
