One of the best lumpias i have tasted! Vendor makes a new batch daily. They have lumpia, quack quack, fish balls, chicken balls, squid balls, and melon juice too. Its the typical price. The vendor is very nice and polite. Its the go to place for the employees and visitors at meralco, Avon, food delivery drivers, students! Try it out if you are in the area!!
