Mary Grace Café at the new Parqal Mall is everything you’d expect—charming, cozy, and delicious, as always. The interiors are stunning with high ceilings and capiz lights that made me want to sit there forever, despite the air conditioning being a little on the warm side. Food-wise, they never disappoint. WORST branch I've been to. Tawag kami nang tawag ng waiter pero wala pumupunta. The worst part is, my partner ordered their Daing na Bangus then we waited for almost an hour for the food to arrive but when we called the waiter and asked for a follow up, di pala na-punch. We waited for NOTHING. I felt so disappointed especially because my partner was looking forward to eat her food. We didn't get it na lang and just proceeded to pay the bill. The worst customer service.
