I enjoyed dining on this place. The food is great, the service is great as well. I also like the ambience which could be seen on old, traditional filipino houses. There is always room for improvement, I know they could do better but for now I'm giving this restaurant a 4 star rating.

Warm welcome from Karla OJT. She's nice and friendly. Recommended us some food that we can try to order. No beer and ice tea, not available at that moment. Food are okay. We ordered beef brisket (not properly cooked) spices are perfect. Squid meal, taste are good and the bam I. Asked for take out, didn't able to finish our food. They charged for take out container, why? They're pretty busy. Only 1 to 2 server are working while the managers are not helping to assist their servers. Took a while to give us the bill. Worst Mesa branch. The manager is way too rude to be a team leader. A trainee has more knowledge in accommodating customers than the manager. Avoid this branch, otherwise ruin your lunch

The food came after 50 minutes of waiting despite being assured by the waiter of a 20 minute preparation. When the matter was elevated to the branch manager of Ali Mall, he simply dismissed it despite the inconvenience caused. I will definitely not recommend this restaurant to my balikbayan relatives. Very disappointed of my experience, I hope the management take pro active measures in addressing concerns. This happened twice already. Thank you.
