The Food is great and affordable for family or friends' dining, but the waiting times are much longer than that of other restaurants and this place is often too crowded that you can't really appreciate the atmosphere. Maybe dine here if you want a variety of filipino hapag kainan foods but dont mind service or atmosphere too much.

I read old reviews that their service sucks and you had to wait about an hour for your orders to be served. Luckily for us, we didn’t experienced that. Our orders came less than 30 minutes despite the weekend crowd and it was Mother’s Day. BUT foods were either very salty, fishy, or uncooked. What we ordered: Baby squid with olive oil (salty) Tinapa rice (salty and very little - advertised for 4-5 pax but really it’s only for 3 or 4 max) Sinigang na salmon (salty) Bicol express (salty) Inihaw na squid (undercooked and fishy) Kare-kare (the only food we liked) For the group meals, their pri…

We had our late lunch at Mesa SM. Batangas, which was not a good experience when it came to the hygiene of the restaurant. It smells bad, and the floor is slippery, like slimy. The bar counter is super dirty, and the staff is not so attentive. They even forgot to punch one of our orders. The staff name is Ryan. We always enjoy eating at this restaurant in SM Lipa because of the vibe and cleanliness of the restaurant and how the staff treats their guests.

My recent experience at the restaurant was disappointing. The food took an unusually long time to arrive, and when it finally did, it was served cold. Additionally, the salted chocolate milk tea we ordered had a poor taste, and the pearls seemed spoiled.

It takes an hour for our food to be served. The drinks we ordered they serve it last and have to ask for it for a few times. Kids are thirsty and starve. The restaurant was not busy at that time. Lots of empty tables, and still takes forever. Bad place to take your family if your hungry.
