Super excited that I had the opportunity to try this place out during my short stay in Manila. A very intimate dining experience where you can see chefs across the room preparing your food. As a foreigner, I can't really comment on how unique/pushing the boundaries the food is but they surely are delicious. Special appreciation to the hostess and sous chef for giving me a tour of their kitchen. Definitely will come back again next time I'm in Manila.
