Overall, the food and service at this branch of Northpark was disappointing, below average. Worst was the chicken feet, which were inedible. The shrimp wonton soup was average. The Nanjing beef with dry noodles was probably their best dish. Our cousin ordered the expensive lechon but what they served him was not lechon at all but something like crispy Pata. The waiter tried to charge us for an extra dish we did not order. The bubble Mango fruit shake we ordered had no bubble or pearls. When we asked the waiter about it he said they were out of stock. Will not go anymore to any Northpark branc…
03.05.2024 First time in this branch but we frequent North Park even before. Came for light dinner. The food is still the same, like comfort food. Their fried rice soufflé is delicious as usual and a big serving for us. The sweet and sour fish is a familiar fave that didn’t disappoint. Service is okay, staff are nice. It was a bit crowded but we were seated easily.
North Park is our go-to for dependably great food. Service at this branch is just okay, some waiters seem to just power through while others go above and beyond. Place is also packed, tables and chairs are too close to each other. Do we recommend this place? Sure. Are we going back? Maybe.
Northpark's food has always been a favorite of ours, particularly their yangchow fried rice which pairs well with almost any dish and their special garlic chili oil. Unfortunately, our recent dining experience at this branch was a disappointment. This happened around 6pm, May 5th this year My father always enjoys soup with his meals, so we ordered their crab and corn soup. While we've enjoyed it in the past, this time the soup had a strong, unpleasant odor of rotten eggs. We tried tasting it and found it to be inedible. We alerted the servers, who suggested that it might be due to the crab.…
Worst North Park experience!!!! We came just a few minutes past 5pm and the place wasn’t too crowded yet. Placed our orders around 5:10 and was advised that waiting time will take about 15-20 mins. Not a problem at all. But roughly after 30 mins, we started following up our orders to like 3 different staff. We started getting impatient especially when we noticed that groups that came in way later than us were served their food first. Some were even done eating already and we only had our drinks served at that point. Not even a single dish out that we can probably munch on while we wait!! Afte…
