I’ve attended 3 events at this place. The whole facility has a modern feels, and is well maintained. The halls are really spacious and interconnected. The catered food, specially the steak is mouth watering. Appetizers and deserts are also delicious. The ballroom personnel are accomodating. It seem they are well trained and are with experience. Also, if you are staying within new port you can request for a shuttle to bring you the ballroom. This place is highly recommended for big corporate events, weddings and debut for the super rich.

Best ballroom ever... compared to all other ballrooms our company has rented for our annual general assembly and other celebrations. They have great food and service to offer as well. Sound and light systems and video walls are impressive.

Very grand, regal and elegant. Perfect for any large event! However, I wish the staff were more detail oriented with this such as large gapes in the red carpet and escalator failing. But overall, I'm very happy with the place. Very enchanting and awe-inspiring.
