I have nothing bad to say about this place. There’s ample parking and the food is great. The sisig was amazing, and the lechon kawali was among the best I've ever tasted. The lato salad was surprisingly delicious, thanks to its sauce. The twalya was just okay, but the highlight was meeting Nanay, the owner.
The best sisig in the world. I have tried plenty of sisig in my life and this is the top sisig of them all; crunchy and soft, addicting umami flavor perfect with a spoonful of rice. Their chicharon bulaklak is also nicely done, crispy all throughout and has a clean taste. And always get the pako salad to cut through the oil and salt of the other dishes.
