What a delightful cafe. Loved the vintage feel of an ice cream shop. Service was impeccable and food was so good. I wanted to try the best Halo Halo in Manila and this was on the list. I agree! So good.

A delish Milky way 🌌 If you ask me where is the best Filipino restaurant in the country, Milky way all the way is the answer. Your crispy pata will never be as good as theirs believe me 😉 This is my 3rd time and i can say that they perfected all their dishes on their menu. Their Halo-Halo is the best example of a very good Halo-Halo with that signature ube ice cream on top, delicious. If you want to rate Filipino restaurants, start here. 😋 Milky way is just as good as a 5 🍎 out of 5 on our scale! 😁 #SolidFoodie🍎

Always a go to spot when we come visit Fantastic tasting food, portions are nice, ambiance feels very comforting, and the Halo Halo is the best!

Definitely a great place to have Halo-Halo and other ice cream desserts, in addition to a full menu of Filipino dishes. The restaurant is located in the second floor of a building housing several restaurants. There are two dining areas that are clean and comfortable. Service was professional; however our server took a long time before he came to take the order. Our order was delivered quickly and the quality excellent.
