You can bring your own Lechon Baboy (or Turkey or others) to let them prepare for it, and you can also buy Lechon baboy there. Their Preparation & Cooking is excellent, we couldn't do it better at home. On holidays like christmas you need to make a appointment long time before, they are very occupied!
