Incredible. 5-star all around restaurant. The kitchen produces some of the best dishes with high quality ingredients. dishes always have fresh veggies and plentiful meat. I have a really sensitive foreigner stomach and never have had an issue. I really cannot commend this restaurant enough for their commitment to great food. The ambiance is great, there's always people at tables enjoying themselves and their food. Staff is also very welcoming and inviting too! I forgot to take pictures again! I always an so excited to eat lol

Such a quaint place to dine and of course the best napoleones is found here! I was also happy to see that they have their own pasalubong section. I highly recommend this place in Bacolod.

Had our first meal here after arriving Bacolod so we were famished as a river of crocs but food delivery was a bit slow. Our grilled tangigue, bihon, batchoy and bangus were good but somehow they were too strong that they kept lingering in our tastebuds the whole day even after brushing. Our favorite part at Mimi's though were their racks of goodies especially their Casa Carmela bottled treats!
