I ate here for more than a week straight -getting the same two things every visit - and not once did I feel tired of the flavors and serving size. It is always delicious and filling. The price is also a huge bonus because I can order more in case my fatass is still hungry after a bowl of ramen and katsudon. To clarify, the serving size is not small. Its the same size as you get in other restos. Minamiya's prices just entice me to order more. The service is also good. Im usually here when theres not a lot of people so I get my food fairly quickly without losing any of its quality. During the …
Takoyaki- Mind blowingly crisp on the outside and light and creamy on the inside. It's the best I've had in Manila. Even better than Botejyu Shoyu Ramen- The noodles is nice and comparable to Ramen Nagi. The broth is rich and not that thick so walang umay. Gyudon - Soft and flavorful that paired well with their rice. Yakisoba- Very affordable yet very delicious. You can really taste the savory bacon and sauce. Mas masarap pa compared sa Sukiya na sikat Affordable and surprisingly amazing food. The only downside is that there's no air-conditioned dining area and a decent parking space but…

a hidden gem in marikina and the og kainan na until now super mura padin. get the tonkotsu shoyu ramen and ask to make it spicy its the best ₱185 you’ll ever spend on a ramen
Very reasonably priced and authentic Japanese food. Quick service as well. I heard the chef is Japanese so it's legit. Tonkotsu shoyu Ramen - added egg and chashu for just 20pesos each. The broth is quite thick and soy-based (not milky white like other shoyu), very rich and porky taste! Loved the consistency of the noodles, and the chashu was very soft and porky. For 178 this is very worth it. Fish fillet - served with salad and tonkatsu sauce. This is OK, 5 small pieces. I like my fish fillet with tartar sauce and light breading though. Kani salad - cabbage with some Kani and carrots. Tas…
