I had the steamed rice and the egg surprise. Now, my benchmark for a good steamed rice is Harbor City; comparing the two Ming Fu's is a bit too saucy, runny, and isn't as complexly flavored, which exposes the too-salty of the dish at the end of the mouthful. The egg surprise meat was well-seasoned. You can do with this restaurant as a Chinese cuisine food court choice, but wouldn't super recommend.
