The staff and manager were disrespectful! They accused customers immediately for the mistake that their cashier staff has actually done without proper consultation or confirmation from the customer. I ordered here around 7pm and paid via GCash. Something so disrespectful happened was later at midnight, the manager kept calling me and didn’t even bother to give me a chance to talk about this properly. They have fake outlets! LOL. You can even see that something's blocking the receptacle slots. If you're planning to go here because of the outlets, don't waste your time. They installed 4 outlets just for illusion

It's good that the bottom packaging is weak and damaged after placing the straw. I doubt it's due to the pressure because the part that was removed and where it was thrown is still a perfect circle. Had so many milktea brands and this is the first time it happened.
