We enjoyed a delightful breakfast at 9 AM at a charming establishment. Already open, it proved to be the perfect spot to wait for the mall's 10 AM opening. Best breakfast place in Cagayan. Their western breakfast was on point and tasted just like back home in Ireland. Compliments to the chef and friendly and efficient staff. Good atmosphere and nice design and background music also.

Place is like a family restaurant. Cozy but there are lots of people when I visited. Coffee is strong, but took a long time to serve. Bangus in my breakfast plate was too small.

Really delicious food. Price is okay for quality food. Spent around 200-250 per person. Place is family-friendly. Lots of parking though you'd have to walk. I've heard their breakfast is good. Next time we'll definitely try!

Good food but the service crew have poor attention to customers. Understandably full due to dawn masses, we patiently waited for a free table. Another group who clearly entered after us was accommodated first. Also, we kept calling on attendants to order but to no avail.
