The place is classy and perfect for that quiet dinner. Kudos to their Chef Christian Corochea for that wonderful Chicken Inasal (best seller) and Seafood Bicol Express (must try). Salute to their friendly staff namely Mike Guevarra (food and beverage supervisor), Roseann, Aida & Glydel (waitresses) who accommodated us and made our dining experience pleasureable.
The breakfast is almost the same daily, so if you are staying more than a few days, don't try everything everyday. The local fried 'danggit' is worth a try, as well as the local longganisa and tocino, just don't eat too much since these are processed food still. Save room for the sweet local mangoes and pineapples. The evening buffets are not too expensive though not much choices, but the grilled section is great, esp with the salmon and the white snapper.

So I bumped up the review from three stars to four. I hope they polish their service that complements …

I could not let pass the two problems I encountered that made my stay in Seda Lio memorable in a bad way. I had a terrible upset stomach after our second dinner buffet. I woke up in the middle of the night to go to the toilet three times. The culprit might be the cream-based pasta. 🤢 The breakfast buffet’s dilis (fried anchovies) had tiny black bugs. I…
