Its just a small booth in the basement of Mitsukoshi Mall but they have some really good food! Had the Cheese Sauce Tsukemen and it was really good. The staff also instructed us on how to eat the Tsukemen. Definitely will come back to tey their other food.

Broth isn't as thick and flavorful as other tsukemen places, but you do get a pretty hefty serving despite the high price. It not exactly worth it but you also don't feel shortchanged so it's pretty much a coin toss value wise.
