Typical chinese food you can get in most restaurants. Portions were big and usually for 3-4 people. Service was good and they tried their best to attend to us all the time although the team was visibly undermanned. Reservations are recommended. We ate here for dinner on a weekend and waited 15-20 mins before getting a table.

The pata is good especially it comes with bochoy and mantao plus the sauce is good also. The dumplings are soft and the filling are tasty. We also ordered hototay soup which we like it's soup and the choices of vegetables that comes with it. The serving comes in a generous portion and may good for 2 to 3 person. Service is good as well as the atmosphere.

Located at the same floor as the cinema, just across anytime fitness. Great for groups as most of the portions are meant for sharing. Siao long Pao is one the signature dishes, a must order for every meal.

Modern Shang is the newly-opened restaurant in Eastwood Mall located at the 4th floor. The ambiance is good. The resto itself is very clean and tidy. The waiters are accommodating and very responsive with requests. They are very pro-active in checking our needs. Now about the food. We ordered the following: Xia long bao - 4.7/5 Hot and sour - 5/5 Modern soup - 4.5/5 Crispy dumplings- 4.2/5 Siomai - 4.8/5 Deep fried pork - 4/5 Orange chicken - 3.8/5 Birthday noodles - 5/5 Yang chow - 3/5 I will be eating here next time.

Absolutely a rip off. Waiter presented an unopened beverage which I refused ,then it came back magically opened. Added to bill. Food was warm at best and prices were steep. Steer clear.
