One of the original establishments in Galleria since they’ve been renovating the mall. So we ordered: Mongkok Siomai (Php 105) meaty compare to fast food siomai Fresh shrimp dumplings (Php 120) hello hakaw 2 shrimps per dumplings could’ve been bigger but for the price not bad
It takes time for some of the dishes to be served but when they arrive, they're scalding hot. As with most Chinese restaurants, the servings are large. Order the rice toppings if you're dining alone. The veggie options are yummy.
The food was just ok. The hakaw is bland and not as good as others. It's not warm and served in a plate. The beef tendon is dry and the sauce is not that tasty. Nothing special.
Mongkok is mongkok. The food was nice. Value for money is 3 out of 5. The place is easily accessible to people from Rockwell Business Center and Medical City, but mostly only to them. You cannot just go here just to eat because the place has limited parking. But if you are just visiting the area then visiting this Mongkok is easy.
I ate here today. 1/1/2020. They served us overcooked beef broccoli. The consistency of the beef was like mashed baby food. Worst experience i have ever had with this restaurant. We always eat at Mongkok, but not in this branch, and they always serve good food, but not this time. I complained about this but they only stared at me.
