The ambiance of the place is absolutely lovely with a live violinist playing soft melodies in the background. Service was excellent and their in-house wine connoisseur helped us pick the perfect wine to go with our meal. The fresh oysters were a great start, though the jumbo lump crab cake was just okay. I had an exceptional dining experience at Morton’s The Steakhouse in BGC. The appetizers, particularly the soup and salads, were delightful and generously portioned, making them perfect for sharing. The steak was packed with flavor, though it leaned slightly on the salty side—we ordered it medium but will definitely try medium rare next time for a more balanced taste. Birthday dinner made special with excellent service, wonderful vibe. Steak is a bit overpriced for what it was. Nothing special on the cut/flavor. It’s good don’t get me wrong but nothing extraordinary. I’m a bit bummed they don’t have martini happy hour here with unlimited steak sandwich which they have in Singapore (I loved that when I lived there - the reason why I love Morton’s is the happy hour) I hope they can do that here in Manila as well! It will make Morton here stand out from other steak places :)
