Came here for the food but ended up having assisted by the most unwilling customer service. The option that I want is not available but this hag didn't even tried offering alternative options for me to choose from. It even took me around 5-10 mins for him just to even take my order. Awful experience.

Worst customer service. The girl crew who took my order is the worst crew I've ever encountered. Nilapag niya lang sa harap niya yung change and receipt ko which is hindi madaling abutin dahil nasa loob yung counter nila. She saw me struggling to get my change and receipt but didn't do anything and even gave me an evil smile.
I ordered take-out, and they didn't inform me that the veggies from the bibimbop weren't cooked.
Probably I won't go here again.
