They bravely cut the bones into chunks, put them in a plastic bag, and took them out. It's delicious with a sour sauce. Usually they are cut into bite-sized pieces, but the bones make them difficult to eat and can get dirty, so it's best to have them cut into larger pieces.

Not salty and hands down best liempo in Cebu. The liempo that I bought wasn't warm but it was still delicious. They should sell some hanging rice so it will be a one stop place but maybe that is too much to ask.
