Food-wise, I basically LOVE EVERYTHING in this restaurant. The all-time fave would be the Salted Egg Chicken. The portion is big enough to make me full, even without eating the Custard Buchi. Lemon Chicken was good, but more on the sweet side. Also had Singaporean Laksa and Seafood Chopsuey. Anyone who doesn't like veggies wouldn't even be able to resist this dish. Another addition to my favs would be the Cucumber Chicken Soup Dumpling 😋 didn't expect for the refreshing taste of the cucumber when you have that first sip of the dumpling! Very good appetizer. Definitely on my top list, except f…
My fave Chinese Restaurant. 🧡 🥩 Lechon Macau 🍗 Salted Egg Chicken 📍Mr. Ube Restaurant If you want authentic Chinese food that's reasonably priced, go to Mr. Ube! They have 3 branches, 1 in Pasig, Binondo and Quezon City. They also have online delivery. And you can certainly bring home their famous Hopia and Tikoy! 🥮
Food 1. Char kway teow - too salty, good after recooking was requested 2. Lava Pao - dry, not creamy, fillings is powdery, sweetness is enough 3. Siomai - not meaty, sauce is too salty 4. Hakaw - soggy wrappings 5. Xiaolongbao - in all of the 5 pcs per serving, only 1 has soup inside 6. Fried chicken - salty 7. Service water - the star of the night, cold and refreshing for all salty dish Service ✅They recooked the char kway teow when they served it too salty. ❌Orders did not come in 1 serving, or atleast per set. They first served rice, then the noodles, then the chicken after 15 minutes. Al…
I had never tried their Tom Yum Soup before, and I was quite satisfied. I only waited for about 5 to 10 minutes for it to be served. A single serving would readily fill one up (perhaps due to the noodles), but still a bit pricey to me 😅. It was easy for me to get a seat at the time because there weren't many people inside the shop. The location is not that big, so I'm not sure how they manage to accommodate everyone during busy times.
The place needs to level up with customer service. A lot of staff, few people dining in yet the service was slow. Took them some time to clean the tables and took them some time to notice customers already waving and wondering if they are going the be served. The condiments were not replenished. Food was average and I think it's overpriced. I'll go there to buy HOPIA because it's to die for but to dine in again.. I'll think twice. A Jollibee branch just opened opposite the establishment and it will definitely will give a run for thier money!.. I hope the will improve
