Not the Mulligan's of old. The place smells of grease and roaches. Someone needs to look at their place's cleanliness.

A great bar for a friend's night out. if you are a sport fan this a nice place to enjoy a drink and a paper view of your favorite sport.

The toilet doesn't even flush and never has sice it opened. Service frequently takes 45 minutes to get service for a bottle of san mig pale as all staff hide in the area with air con or are "entertaining" other patrons who buy them drinks. I avoid this place whenever possible, but some of the people I meet prefer the flirty ktv style servers who don't understand English and have poor service.
