Had my first go at their ayala manila bay branch, and thie food is great, meats are of good quality, one of my favorite korean bbq house. Thier galbi is the one that im always looking forward to. One thing and the first impression i noticed about both stores i visited, is their staff a little annoying when answering queries, grumpy, lacks proper communication and training. The side dish are good specially the mash potato. The servers are "masungit" and even if the restaurant is not full yet the service a little slow. I ate with my Muslim friends and I requested for an extra where they put the cheese so that it won't have the pork drip in it when I dip it and just said it's still in the washer rather than saying they will give after being washed. When we entered, we were not greeted while the others were being greeted, I told a crew that I was also from their branch in Jeju in Korea and the Korean crew did not choose to greet anyone. When we came out, we were greeted. My family feels the discrimination of this restaurant.
