My husband and I stayed at Nature’s Village Resort for the first time and experienced something remarkable - a limitless supply of initiative complementing a genuinely efficient service in a sustainable resort hotel. Upon arrival, we were met with a warm, friendly welcome. This is something every hotel guest anticipates but more than that, we were greeted by name, every time thereafter in the lobby area. At breakfast, the receptionist welcomed us with a smile while the egg station waiter cheerfully greeted good morning! He prepared and delivered the ordered omelette to the table with flair…

The staff were nice. They let us check in early because there was an available room that time. The only thing is we did not enjoy the pool. We booked there because we want to relax and swim but unfortunately there were kids training in the pool. They could have let the training be in few hours or earlier but the kids were there until the pool time closes! Ridiculous. We thought it was private but they rent it for training also. Kids were everywhere there is no place for the people who are staying in the hotel 🙄
