Japanese
Quezon City, Metro Manila
Super stoked this bit of authentic casual Japanese opened up in my neighborhood. Great place to stock up on authentic Japanese grocery items, even better place to get some casual Japanese grub! The chashu ramen, chicken yakitori, and curry katsu we got was super yummy! That line-up should easily fill 4 people. Then there's Bebe Rouge and their to-die for Japanese pastries. Definitely eyeing the nama chocolate cake and the cheesecakes. If you live along the Katipunan area, New Hatchin is your new foodie destination.
Highly recommend you place your order b4 you shop, as it takes 15 to 20 minutes to cook. So you can shop while waiting for your order. They carry reasonable amount of drinks, instant noodles, sauces and frozen food.
Value for money authentic Japanese. Hits the spot. There’s still no dine in though.
Avoid the California Maki at all costs!! When I pass by, I always get the futomaki though I arrived quite a bit early so yeah, I had to settle for the California Maki. Huge mistake!!!
Their dine in services are not yet available. They only allow orders for take out. Their food is okay. they can improve their packaging. I ordered okonomiyaki and they served it in a carton box with paper inside, which got soggy. When I visited, they only had 1 kind of maki and 3 kinds of bento boxes, but you can order other Japanese dishes from theur restaurant side. They have a lot of japanese condiments on display
