We are at Table number 2 for dine in of wrapped steak and spicy sisig with gulaman order by 6pm dated Feb 3, 2020. However, they served the order of two tables before we arrived. By 630pm, their manager in green noticed that the order was not yet on table No. 2. We followed up with the crew by quarter to 7pm but it turns out that our order has not been prepared or cooked yet. The crew also couldn't answer why it took so long. Can't even see the manager.. Sad to say by the end... We just canceled our order. and we just left. We even visited the branch Nids improvement
