The best hot pot I've ever had in the Philippines! The No. 3 Taiwan stone pot broth is truly exceptional! If you sit at the bar, the staff prepares the broth right in front of you. They add a generous amount of garlic, onions, and shredded squid to stir-fry for aroma before adding the prepared broth. The soup base is incredibly flavorful—so fresh and delicious!!! The soup is nice just like other hotpot but the meat is superb. It’s so fresh. The service is also great, staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoy my hotpot without companions so this is a great place if you ‘re eating out alone
This is a Taiwanese style personal hotpot restaurant. The meat quality is very good, the chicken tastes chewy, and the prices here are affordable. The food here is of a certain standard, which probably has a lot to do with the management team, because I saw their managers on site at least twice to confirm the quality, which made me not worry about food safety. It was raining when my group decided to eat at a hotpot place. There are three hotpot restaurants at One Ayala Mall and we decided to have lunch at Nine Pot. The interior of the restaurant is very nice. We ordered individual set meal . Starting with the soup base then the meat and then the noodles or rice. Each set came with a bowl of veggies and tofu, an Oolong cold tea and dessert. The server was very helpful. He described each soup base for us to choose and each condiment for the dipping sauce.
