Great HR for being consistent with the jolliness of their servers. Affordability seems one of the goals of the company, although you will still notice quality on the products. Good job. A little improvement on product awareness and better server presence re the business/brand.

Good coffee. Ample serving size at very affordable price. Good dessert but limited choices. Their kiosk has many tables and chairs, good spacing located at 4f hallway of the mall so those concerned about enclosed space need not worry. Service is quick, staff are courteous. The owner sometimes comes over and plays his acoustic guitar so you'll be treated with some pop instrumental music.

Great tasting unique coffee blends ! The menu is quite different from any typical coffee outlet. The taste is good with a combination of various aroma hitting your taste buds.

For sudden coffee needs, Nitro 7 is enough. Coffee is ok, fast, and service is friendly. Their place, located right in front of the Acer shop on the 4th level, is open to all passers by so it is not the place for quiet meetings.

Despite my request of less sugar for my toffee hazelnut, the barista never listened to my request. When I asked for a replace, I was denied and they claimed the drink is already less sugar. Might give you a diabetes if consumed continuously, not really healthy at all.
