Locals, especially PUJ drivers' favorite place to grab some inexpensive great tasting food. Your typical Carenderia (carinderia for tagalogs) offering a number of regular home cooked meals and some special like Adobong Squid and small octopus, Pagi (sting ray) and other exotics. May not pass the standards of others but for the "cowboys" the rugged, no qualms, not sensitive folks, this is a good place.

Cats and dogs were everywhere in Cebu. It's a small local eataly , so not really recommended for tourists but it looks yummy. You can get hot meals including meat and fish and veggies even for breakfast, and it opens till late too!.
