We recently dined at the Grand Hyatt Hotel's No. 8 China House restaurant for their "unlimited dim sum" offering and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. It was my 2nd time booking in this place for a company/team dinner. Their service was always impeccable, they know how to take care of their guests - from easy booking up to the end by providing free parking vouchers for a certain amount of spend. For the food, I really enjoyed the peking duck and the grouper. Ambience in their private dining area is really classy. Thumbs up!

Better compared to our dining experience a year ago. The Peking duck stood better and bigger than what we had at Canton Road in Shangri-la BGC. The fried rice and others we requested were much better and delectable. It was much better although the lighting and ambiance can be elevated and make it at par with Canton Road.
