First time trying birria and i was really disappointed, my expectations were already low because i was also considering the price of the food (₱139 for 2 birria) but was still disappointed because their beef birria is made out of ground beef...consommé tasted bland and watered down as well, though i did like how cheesy it was. i do hope they improve and serve a proper beef birria. service on the other is good and fast, they were able to serve my order within 5 minutes, other food choices seem reasonably priced as well.

Not birria, it's ground beef, and the consumé is water with salt and pepper. I think they should remove Birria from their name, but the other plates looked fine. If you can imagine what gringo tacos could be, that'd be this.

Definitely not birria. Absolutely not tacos. This food is disrespectful to Mexican cuisine. It's like if I make "chicken adobo" and I substitute garlic and onions for tomato and carrots, vinegar for orange juice, toyo for american barbeque sauce and I use chicken helmets. Instead of ginger, I use chocolate chips... Seriously all ingredients were wrong to some degree The tortillas were not corn tortillas, there was no birria, but instead ground beef, they did not use any chile peppers. The cheese was not real cheese, but a cheese sauce. They didn't put cilantro on the tacos. They put corn ker…
